Pre Sale Questions
Q: “What are your earrings made from?”
We use a variety of fabulous materials, but our favorite medium is a varitiey of leathers. We also love working with cork, giving our earrings a unique and stylish flair.
Q: “I have sensitive ears, can I wear your earrings?”
Absolutely! For all our earrings (dangles and studs), we use surgical stainless steel fittings, also known as 304 stainless steel. It's great for sensitive ears, but it does contain chromium and nickel. If you have a nickel allergy, please contact us and we might be able to use an alternative material.
Plus, clip-on backings are also available upon request!
Q: “Do you make vegan products?”
Yes, we do! If you're looking for vegan options, feel free to contact us!
Q: “Can I order custom earrings?”
Yes! If you adore one of our styles but crave a custom color palette, please reach out via our contact page.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post. All parcels come with tracking. Please check your local customs/import fees and taxes, as we are not responsible for additional charges.
Q: “Do you accept returns, change of mind, or offer refunds?”
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us.
Q: “Do you offer local pickup?”
Yes we do. We are also @eumundi markets most Wednesdays & Saturdays
Can I customize the earring hardware?
Absolutely! Found a pair you adore but want to switch from gold hoops to silver, or maybe swap a chunky hoop for a hook? Just leave a note at checkout or send us a message before purchasing, and we'll gladly swap the hardware for you.
Do you offer bulk discounts for special events or bridal parties?

What if I lose one earring? Can I buy just one?
Oh no! We’ve got you covered. If you lose one earring, reach out to us, and we'll make a matching single earring for you.

Q: “How do I care for my leather and cork earrings?”
To keep your earrings looking fabulous, avoid getting them wet. Store them in a dry place, and give them a gentle wipe with a soft cloth if they need cleaning.

Wholesales Questions
Q: “How do I become a Wholesale Stockist?”
Easy! Just click on the ‘Wholesale’ tab, complete both the Create an Account and Wholesale Application forms. Once approved, we'll get in touch via email with the good news.
Q: “What is the Minimum Wholesale Order?”
The minimum order is 10 pairs of earrings. Postage is paid by you!
Q: “Can I buy more than one style?”
Absolutely! Mix and match as many styles as you like!
Q: “How long does an order take?”
We aim to have your goodies on their way to you as soon as possible. All orders will be posted within 1-5 days. This might change depending on demand or if custom stock needs to be made.
Q: “I notice that the images used in the theme are all portrait. Will that be a problem if I use square images for our products? How will they be displayed in the theme?”
