How Long Does Shipping Take?
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped via Australia Post within 2*5-7 business days** after purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please check your tracking details.

Package Tracking
We provide tracking information automatically after purchase via email once your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor your package to ensure successful delivery. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address or is signed for by someone else, you may need to file a claim with Australia Post. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages and will not issue refunds in such cases.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation, such as a utility bill or ID that includes your name and updated address. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

What Happens if My Address is Undeliverable?
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for paying for reshipment. We will contact you to arrange the payment and reship the order.

Where’s My Tracking Number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, please be assured that we are processing your order.

I Received My Tracking Number, but It’s Not Updating?
Sometimes Australia Post’s tracking system takes 48-72 hours to update. If your tracking is not updating within this timeframe, please allow additional time before reaching out.

Do You Offer Faster Shipping Options?
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do You Accept Returns?
We accept returns for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

  • You will receive store credit via email within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Store credit does not expire.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit amount.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at jen@popndangle.com.au to request a return and receive the RETURNS FORM.

  2. Fill out the form and include it with your return package.

  3. Ship your return to the following address:

  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your store credit within 5-10 business days.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
